Requirements:
1.Develop, present, and execute an annual multi-generation product plan for Unique Lighting Systems products. Deliver against annual net sales and inventory goals for product line(s).
2.Lead new product development projects, utilizing UOZU’s product development process, serving as the advocate for the customer, and developing and communicating clear product specifications, functionality, capabilities, performance and accessories.
3.Plan and deliver product sales training, including participation in live training events and recorded product webinars. Support industry trade shows, customer experience events, and other key divisional events, activities and initiatives.
4.Conduct monthly Product Plan Meetings with management team. Participate in Product Quality Initiative (PQI) team analysis, action plans, and reports.

Requirements:
1. Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management and Insights to define the AR brand strategy in support of an ambitious roadmap.
2. Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks that are all fueled from consumer and cultural insights to build brand equity.
3. Develop a deep understanding of our consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across products and industries.
4. Consult Integrated Marketing on inspiring briefs to reach our target audiences and achieve business goals.
5. Partner with research and insights teams on programs to identify and measure long and medium-term brand value.
6. Ensure the brand is translated across different dimensions including tone of voice, naming, design, creative, media and experience.
7. Analyze, monitor and report on the competitive landscape to determine where our brand and products fit over time, where to target consumers and how to have the greatest impact for our brand.
8. On occasion, lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns or marketing projects.
