The Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) in partnership with Global-Link Exhibitions Specialist, Inc. (GESI) held the fourth edition Interior & Design Manila (IDMNL) at the SMX Convention Center on March 7 to 9, 2019. UOZU Lighting was invited by Landlite and honored to participate in the exhibition.
“Interior & Design Manila is the Philippines’ sole exhibit curated specifically to help our local interior designers be updated with the latest trends and updates in the industry including the implementation of resilient design,” stated Patrick Lawrence Tan, CEO of Global-Link. “That’s why we are very fortunate to work with PIID in putting together such a meaningful event which is sure to open up countless doors of opportunities for the growth of our country’s design industry.”
In addition to the main fair, a wrap for PIID's International Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Conference and Workshop led by world renowned speakers for Interior Designers, which convened at the Hall 1 of SMX Convention Center with 150 designers from Philippines and around the world. Alessandro Porta, Uozu’s Deputy-CEO who presented the trends of lighting design as well.
Even more noteworthy is Landlite Philippines Corporation together with Faro Barcelona and Uozu Italy presented the first ever "Lighting Designs and Trends for 2019" to the Media last March 6, 2019 at the LuxDecor showroom in BGC and to the Interior Designers during the Interior & Design Manila. Mr. Alessandro Porta of Uozu presented the Architectural Concept Lighting. While Mr. Xavier Martin of Faro presented the trends in Decorative Lighting.
